Q: Why should I hire you? 

A: My whole life I knew I was destined to make people smile through my medium of the culinary arts. I'm positive you've heard of someone having an "aha" moment, where they suddenly realize that they were meant to be there in that special place & time. That moment for me was last summer. I was catering Bre'an Angel's wedding. It was late summer and the breeze was so gracefully whispering across everyone's skin. I was surrounded by the most gracious people who were laughing contently & basking in the happiness around them. I sat there eating a piece of cake and began to cry. I hadn't felt that happy in so long. Watching people gaze at things I helped craft & saying how talented I was made me rethink everything. I knew then that catering was the most genuine way of creating happiness through food and that is exactly what I want to do for you! 

Q: What type of events do you cater to?

A: I have previously done small weddings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, luncheons, dinner parties, and many more!

Q: What details should I know?

A: I mainly run a drop off catering business, which means I deliver the food to your event. The food will arrive ready to eat. I will stay to set up the food and style the food if it is seen fit. I provide necessary equipment that may include heating elements, serving utensils, and beautiful dishes to serve the food from. I will pick these items up from you at a later date. You can request plates, bowls, eating utensils, napkins, and etc at an additional price. 

Q: What are the additional costs?

A. There is a delivery fee of 50 cents per mile. Optional eating tools are available for $2 per person.

Q: How far in advanced should I order?

A: I will need at least one week prior to the event date.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I require 50% deposit prior to the event, which can be made by cash or PayPal & is nonrefundable. At the event I will require the final payment by either credit card, cash, or check.

Q: What type of ingredients do you use?

A: I mainly use organic, non-GMO ingredients for my cooking. I believe using natural products is not only better for you physically, but creates a better end product as well. All products are of best possible quality.

Q: I have an allergy or food restriction. Can I still order?

A: Of course! One of things I pride myself on is learning how to adapt to the needs of my customers! I have vegan, gluten free, & allergy free options available for all the menu items listed. Simply contact me with your needs listed and we will discuss a few options.

Q: I'm interested in having something that isn't listed on the menu. Can you do custom orders?

A: As long as I have received your email within the week time period, I can usually pull off whatever you have in mind!

Q: How many people does one tier of cake feed? What do your cakes look like?

A: Each layer of cake feeds about 8 to 10 people. I prefer the naked cake/rough look of frosting. I have two examples of my previous work here and here. I am all about an organic, natural feel because of how elaborately simple it looks. I can color the frosting whatever shade you want and use decorations that conform to your theme.

Q: I am ordering a baked good for a later date. How will it come packaged?

A: All baked goods are packaged in clear bags or recyclable boxes that are easily transportable. You can definitely expect some cute stickers and ribbons to come along too!
